He was predeceased by: his parents, William G. "Bill" Lackey and Betty Lackey (Rodgers); his former wife Janice K. Lackey; and his stepgranddaughter Molly Stice. He is survived by: his wife Sue Lackey of Brighton; his children, Kim Moxey (Mike) of Wood River and Brian Lackey (Casey) of Wood River; his grandchildren, Jared Moxey, Morgan Moxey and Braeden Lackey; his stepchildren, Jody Rice of Brighton, Cory Rice (Dawn) of Brighton and Dr. Ryan Stice (Melissa) of Granite City; his stepgrandchildren, Drew, Katie Hawkins, Henry and Anderson Stice; his stepgreat-granddaughter Aurora Tucker; and his cousin Gayle Sparks of Dorsey.
