He is survived by: his siblings, Malgorzata Ciezobka (Andrzej), Maria Teresa Matuszek (Roman) and Stanislaw Sadlowski (Anna); and his nieces and nephews, Lukasz Matuszek (Martyna), Katarzyna Weglarczyk (Lukasz), Magdalena Ciezobka, Monika Ciezobka, Klaudia Szlembarska (Marcin), Krystian Sadlowski, Konrad Sadlowski, Kamile Matuszek, Jan Sadlowski and Agata Sadlowska.
