Thomas was predeceased by: parents, Ben Jungman and Shirley Jungman; and brother Ben George Jungman. Thomas is survived by: sisters, Janice Kazmierczak (Leonard) and Kathy Wilbanks; and friend Deb Markham. Thomas is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
