She is survived by: her son Mike Potempa (Amy); her grandchildren, Draina, Danny and Brayden; her siblings, Daniel Potempa, Tony Potempa (Debbie) and Donna Piper (Bob); her nieces and nephews, Tony Jr., Randy, Katie, Ryan and Josh; her great-niece Briana; and her great-nephew Tony III.
