She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Sutkowski and Catherine Sutkowski; and her siblings, Carol Condes and John Sutkowski. She is survived by: her daughter Sarah Lucas (Jenny Mulqueeny); her close friend Debbie Arvio; her pets, Toby, Sammy and Baby Girl; her nephew Christopher Condes (Ana O'Hara); and her nieces, Katherine Condes, Geno Sonye and Kelly (Michael).
In lieu of flowers, her wishes were to give back to the place that saved her life twice: Elmhurst Nancy W. Knowles Cancer Center. You can either makes checks out to Sarah Lucas personally as she will bring them 1 big check or you can make checks payable to: Elmhurst Memorial Hospital Foundation.
