He was predeceased by: his wife Charlotte; his parents, Joseph and Sarah; his brother Daniel; his son Richard Leeper; and his pet Frankie.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Johnson (late Ron), Kathleen Hogan (Mike), Rose Ann Pollum and Martin Grennan (Joyce); his children, Marcellia Soling, Rose Leeper (Gabriella), Martin Leeper (Tammy) and Colleen Scaturro; and his grandchildren, Bethany Robins (Max), Abigail, Tori and Kimberly Leeper.
A celebration of life will be planned for a later date once COVID19 restrictions have been lifted.
