He was predeceased by: his wife Waylee Jackson; his children, Ola Bee Harris (James), James R, Jackson Jr., Bobbie Jackson, Betty Jean Stampley (late Tyrone), Jennifer Perkins (Tony), Jody Broomfield, Gary Jackson (Patrick) and Kenyate Jabbar Jackson (Donna); and his niece Evelyn. He is also survived by his siblings, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and so many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Hann Funeral Home (8230 S Harlem Ave, Bridgeview, IL 60455).
