He was predeceased by: his parents, Eliseo San Juan and Carmen Fernandez Atichati; and his brother Eliseo (Ofelia). He is survived by: his wife Denise; his children, Ralph (Linda) and Gladys (Dave); his stepchildren, Serena (Ron) and Susan; his grandsons, Conrad, Jimmy and Steve (Allison); his stepgrandsons, Lincoln and Graham; and his brothers, Jose Alberto (Violeta) and Hector (Ceasar). He is also survived by nieces, (step) nephews, and cousins.
