He was predeceased by: his parents, Elena Gonzalez and Manuel Gonzalez; and his siblings, Mary, Roy, Diane, Kaboobie and Becky.
He is survived by: his significant other Debra Plada; his children, Lisa De La (Juan), Eugene Rodriguez Jr., Valerie Rodriguez-Munoz (David), Tarah Rodriguez (Christopher), Sonja Rodriguez, Manuel Rodriguez and Marcus Rodriguez; his grandchildren, Alex, Jacob, Brian, Marissa, Anthony, Joshua, Maliah, Rene, Aaliyah, Jordan, Lilyani, Derrick, Zorianna, Diego, Sergio, Natalia, Javier, Yalitza and Santino; his great grandchildren, Mateo and Selena; and his siblings, Dimas, Lorenzo, Rosa, Machie, Robert and Rachel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hann Funeral Home (8230 S Harlem Ave, Bridgeview, IL 60455).
