He was predeceased by: his child Anthony Lema Cherished; and his parent John Fond. He is survived by: his spouse Laura Lema; his child Nicole Portillo (Erik); his grandchildren, Allyson Trumpy, Alexsia and Erik Jr.; his parent Mary Lema Fond; and his siblings, Deacon Sal Lema (Beth) and Uncle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
