She was predeceased by: her parents, Hester Smith and Clay Smith; and her brothers, Harold and Edward. She is survived by: her children, Jamie Holowach (Kevin Bryan) and John Holowach (Izabela); her grandchild Caitlyn Dauer; and her siblings, John, Michael, Marshall, Darlene, Chrissy, Amy, David, Julie and Angie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
