She was predeceased by: her fathers, Adolph Thomas, Sr. (Louise) and Louis Thomas; her husband Woodrow "Woodie" Sears; and her siblings, Camilla Pierce, Adolph Thomas Jr. (Buddy), Fredrick Thomas and Howard Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Potts of Sumner and David Sears (Sandy) of Bridgeport; her grandchildren, Troy Potts (Julie) of Chester, Sean Potts (Kelly) of St. Francisville, Deanne Smith (Brandon) of Sumner, Brock Sears (Amber) of Lawrenceville and Aaron Sears of Indianapolis; her great grandchildren, Ryan, River Potts, Silas, Breanne Smith, Anna Bickers, BeBe, Woody Sears, Tara Johnson (Bill) and Max Hiller; and her great great grandchildren, Cody, Jack and Breanna Johnson.
