He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Ray and Pauline LeGrand (Eggebrecht); and his spouse Robin L. Haney. He is survived by: his children, Katie Kiser (Roger II) of Lawrenceville and Charles 'Chaz LeGrand (Dayna) of Champaign, Illinois; his brothers, Fred LeGrand (DeSarae) of Blaine, Jim LeGrand (Linda) of St. Petersburg and Tom LeGrand (Leslie) of Galveston, Texas; and his grandsons, Daniel Kiser and Aiden Kiser.
