She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Chattin and Edna Chattin; her brother Larry Chattin; her husband Theodore "Ted" Baxter; and her son Jeffrey Joe Baxter.
She is survived by: her son John Gregory Baxter (Jennifer) of St. Francisville; her grandchildren, Whitney Allender (Cody) of Marshall, IL and Jeffrey Baxter (Katie) of Newburgh, IN; her siblings, Bill Chattin (Janet), Jim Chattin (Linda), Janet Rollins and Denise Hendrix (Charlie Hendrix, Jr.); and her sisters-in-law, Judy Ferris (Dean) of Jasper, GA and Georgetta Chattin. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
