Cook of Bridgeport, Illinois, born in Lawrenceville, Illinois, who passed away on September 29, 2021, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Verl Preston and Josephine Preston (Cook); her husband Jerald "Jay" Cook; and her son-in-law Jim Wellman. She is survived by: her daughters, Theresa "Cece" Wellman of Bloomington, IN and Becky Cook of Bridgeport; her grandchildren, Brad Wellman (Elese) of Bloomington, IN and Cindi Bowlen (Greg) of Bloomington, IN; her great grandchildren, Tyler Dugan (Kristen) and Kyle Dugan (Chelsea) of Bloomington, IN; her great great grandchild Chloe Dugan of Bloomington, IN; and her nieces and nephews, John Preston (Judy) of Michigan, Andy Preston (Gwen Prais) of Michigan, Mark Smith of Florida, Sandy Dolan (Ray) of Illinois, Stacy Tallas (Karl) of Illinois, Cheryl Menzel and Beth Preston of Michigan. She is also survived by numerous cousins and extended family.
