With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mike Ayers of Bridgeport, Illinois, born in Vincennes, Indiana, who passed away on January 5, 2024 at the age of 69. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mike Ayers to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Ayers and Rosella Ayers (Wagner). He is survived by: his wife Deborah Ayers; his children, Jodi Hill (Charlie), Emily Davis (Corey) and Kevin Vinsel (Ann); his grandchildren, Kendall Davis, Carter Davis and Kameron Vinsel (Olivia); his siblings, Marilyn Birkes (Darrell), Cindy Wells (Glen) and Stan Ayers (Barbara); and his brother-in-law Jerry Kirkwood. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you give in memory of Mike to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital directly or through the funeral home.
