She is survived by: her children, Karen Oleszkiewicz (Anthony), Susan Phelps (late Jerry), Brian Gembara (Kristin), Joanne Zintak (David) and Mark Gembara; her grandchildren, Sarah, Katie, Marci, Anthony, Tony-Noah, Kristi Roy, Jill, Jolene, Stephen, Ryan, SarahJane, Benjamin, Luke, Joey, Nikki, Daniel and Kelly; her great grandchildren, Robert, Jacob, Mariah, Joshua, Jordan, Rakael, Anthony Mitchell, Nathan, Anthony Aaron, Anya, Gabriella, Christian, Reagan, David, Kasia, Isabella, Zosia, Lexi, Ewa, Mia, Olivia, Lincoln, Mireya John, Gracie, Leanna and Logan; and her husband Gem-Bar Lounge. She is also survived by her family, including many in-laws, nieces and nephews.
