She is survived by: her mother Victoria Highsmith Cogswell of Lawrenceville; her daughter Jo Belle Charland (Jeremy) of St; and her siblings, Jennifer Nettleton (Scott) of Lawrenceville, Sally Gerald of Lawrenceville, Mary Davis of Lawrenceville, Kathy J. Cogswell-Milligan of Jacksonville Florida, Doad Cogswell (Crystal), Calhoun and Johnnie Cogswell Jr. of Bridgeport. She is also survived by five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
