He is survived by: his wife Laura Stivers Hershey (Churchwell); his former wife Sandra Kay Henman; his sons, Richard Lee Stivers (Janice) of Sumner and Randall Leroy (Kimberly) of Montrose, MI; his brother Larry Lee Stivers (Patsy) of Olney; and his grandchildren, Tabbi Hubbard (Luke), Tausha Dyer (Chris), Randy Stivers, Alex Stivers, Tara Stivers, Brooke Stivers, Joshua Stivers, Jacob Stivers (Amanda), Jasmine Lewis (Jude) and Seth Leathers (Nicole). He is also survived by great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren: and his nieces and nephews.
