He was predeceased by: his former wife Swan Blevins; his siblings, William Leroy Blevins, Edward Jean Blevins and Alice Marcella Blevins; his grandson Shad Sharp; and his great grandchild Tiffany Paige Fiscus.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jean Marilyn Williams (Ferdinand) of Vincennes, IN, Marcia Kay Williams (Tim) of Lawrenceville, Paula Jo Sterchi (Jim) of Olney and Donna Rea Keasling (Doug) of Chauncey; and his grandchildren, Troy James Seber, Michelle Renee Waller, Jeffrey Scott Fiscus, Kimberly Dawn Counterman, Keith Francis Sharp II, Jackie Lewis Fischer II and Christopher Lee Fischer. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
In honor of his love for animals, memorial contributions can be made to the Lawrence County Humane Society or the Richland County Humane Society.
