He is survived by: his parents, JD Stevens and Danielle Marie Stevens (Esker); his siblings, Amelia Stevens and Asher Stevens; his grandmothers, Lena Kinkade and Rhonda Stevens; his great-grandparents, Norma Kinkade and Maggie O'Haver; and his uncles, David Esker, Taylor Stevens and Koy Stevens. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
