Fred Wright Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 4, 2020, at the age of 85, Fred Wright of Bridgeport, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Fred Wright to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Verus Wright and Ruby Wright (Combs); his spouse Shirley Ann Heath; his children, Kevin Wright (Julie) of Springfield, IL., Karen Warner (Andy) of Lawrenceville, IL., Jayne Wright of Tampa, FL. and Susan Wright (Michelle Mazzara) of Nashville, TN.; his sister Myra Johnson of Bloomington, IL.; his grandchildren, Adam Warner (Megan) of Nashville, TN., Emily Wright (Daniel Kraft) of Hiawatha, IA., Matthew Wright (Jillian Byers) of Chandler, AZ. and Logan Warner of Los Angeles, CA.; and his nephew Curtis Kimmel (Tammy) of Bloomington, IL.. He was also cherished by many other nephews and extended family.

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions set forth by the Governor of Illinois, and the expected temperature, we will be celebrating the life of Fred Wright with graveside services on Monday, June 8th, 2020 at 9:00 a. m. in the Bridgeport City Cemetery.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Lawrence County 4-H and the Lawrence County Humane Society, either directly or through the funeral home.
