He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Eugene and Christine Fern Harvey (Fowler); his daughter Frankie Joann Harvey; and his brother Basil Eugene Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda J. Harvey (Thompson) of Bridgeport; his son Billy Harvey (Jodie) of Lawrenceville; his grandchildren, Jacob Harvey of Lawrenceville and Kelsey Swope (Justin) of Bridgeport; his great grandchildren, William Nall, Blake Nall, Keith Kelly and Abree Swope; and his sisters, Pamela Harvey Osborn (Larry) of Flat Rock and Mary Jolene Harvey of Lawrenceville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
