She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Hart and Mary Hart (Smith); and her husband Gary Downard. She is survived by: her daughters, Melinda Cessna (Dale) of Lawrenceville, Cindy Hicks (George) of Mammoth Springs and Jeannie Knight (Eddie) of Estill Springs. She is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
