He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Floyd Jones and Gladys Snyder Jones; his wife Ellen Barekman Jones; his daughter Juna Irey of Lawrenceville; his stepsons, Ronald Gay of Richland County and John Gay of Claremont; and his sister Juna Marcum of Bridgeport. He was also cherished by Nine grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
