He is survived by: his daughters, Christie Schuyler (Doug) of Sumner and Dawn Crackel (Craig) of Bridgeport, Illinois; his brother Thomas Piper (Thelma M.) of Olney, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Sam Crackel (Eric Mosier) and Lyndi Crackel.
