He was predeceased by: his parents, Burk B. Ralph and Mary Hill (Waters); and his siblings, James 'Bud Hill, Twilla Hinton and Charlotte Stevens.
He is survived by: his children, Stacy Lockhart (Tracy) of Lawrenceville, Burk B. Ralph Hill III (Marcilyn) of Vincennes and Meagan Rodriguez (Joe) of Oaktown, Indiana; his siblings, Violet 'Butch Newell of Chandler, Doretta Schemerhorn of Plainfield, Phillip Hill (Gail) of Eatonton, Bill Hill (Pat) of Lawrenceville and Kathy Reeder of Vienna, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Trevor Lockhart (Lori), Shayla Lockhart (Austin Hill), Maggie Hill, Rylee Hunsaker and Blayke Harvey. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
