She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Powers and Mildred Powers; her husband Donald Winters, Sr.; and her siblings, Paul Powers, Ronnie Powers, Lois Drummond, Mary Millsap, Mary Karns and Naomi Perry.
She is survived by: her mother-in-law Mildred Pauline Powers (Bearly); her children, Tony Morgan of Bridgeport, Tammy Scott (Brad) of St. Francisville and Donald Lee Winters, Jr. (Rebecca Otterson) of Enfield; her stepdaughter Angie Tougaw (Thomas) of Mt. Carmel; her close friend John Mack of Bridgeport; her pet Charlotte; and her nieces, Bobbi of Indiana, Deanie of Indiana and Karen of Indiana. She is also survived by nine grandchildren: eleven great-grandchildren.
