She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Raymond and Marjory Belcher (Sturgeon); her husband Chester Harold Allen; her brother Ray Belcher; and her children, Danny Allen, Harold Ray Allen and Rebekah VanGrinsven.
She is survived by: her children, John Allen of Bridgeport, Illinois, Robert Allen of Bridgeport, Illinois, Deborra Allen of Bridgeport, Donna Abas Al-Khuzaei (Abdulmonem) of Doha and Beth Ann Lee (Eric) of Gahanna, Ohio. She is also survived by several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the Baptist Children's Home in Carmi, Illinois.
