We are sad to announce that on September 13, 2020, at the age of 86, Bernice Gossett of Bridgeport, Illinois passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie V. Walls and Vera P. Walls (Barns); her husband Everett Gossett; her foster son David N. Payne; and her siblings, Betty A. Hoopingarner (Walls) and John A. Walls.
She is survived by: her son Richard E. Gossett; her foster son Steve N. Gossett; and her grandchildren, Bennett Vinson (Carley), Kimberly A. Gossett and Alicia K. Bean (Charles). She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren: ten great-great-grandchildren: several nieces and nephews.
