He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew W. Saye and Leva M. Saye (Seaman); and his sisters, Arlene Bailey, Mabel Brian and Mary Poselwait.
He is survived by: his sisters, Donnetta Carney of Tilton and Joy Mowrer of Olney.
