With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wilma K. Berndsen of Breese, Illinois, born in Clinton, Illinois, who passed away on March 18, 2023 at the age of 103. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Wilma K. Berndsen to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her father Wilbur; her husband Edward H. Berndsen; her daughter Mary Ellen Deien; her son-in-law Thomas Gramlich; her sisters, Ruth Winter (August), Henrietta Furdek (Tom) and Dorothy Ilges (Joe); and her fathers-in-law, Joseph (Anna) and Berndsen.
She is survived by: her daughter Gloria Anne Gramlich-Garavaglia (Lou Garavaglia). She is also survived by five grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren, and many great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, plants, and other gifts, memorials may be made to St. Dominic Catholic Church and will be received by mail, Moss Funeral Home, 535 N. 5th St. Breese, IL 62230, who is serving the family.
