He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry A. and Catherine Wesselmann; his sister Therese Schulte; his niece Michelle Jansen; his nephews, Jerome Wesselmann, Jr., Steven Wesselmann, Glennon Wesselmann, Robert Hilmes, Jr., Joe Schulte, Paul Schulte and Raymond Kassen; and his siblings-in-law, Theresa "Toots" Wesselmann, Lawrence Kassen, Arthur Schulte Sr., John Buscher, Stanley Blumenstein and Robert Hilmes, Sr..
He is survived by: his siblings, Marie Kassen, Dorothy Buscher, Veronica Blumenstein, Helen Hilmes, Bernadette "Bernie" Yapp, Aggie Dumstorff, Gregory Wesselmann (Clara), Henry J. Wesselmann (Marie), Jerome "Jerry" Wesselmann and Virgil Wesselmann (Alice). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand and great-grand nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
