It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ursula C. Tabaska of Breese, Illinois, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on February 29, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father John E.; her husband Gerald "Jerry" Tabaska; her son David Tabaska; and her sibling Msgr. She is survived by: her son Jack Tabaska (Rosanne) of O'Fallon, MO. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
