He is survived by: his mother Anna Jean Kampwerth of St. Rose; his children, Ryan Kampwerth (Stacey) of St. Rose, Brett Kampwerth (Jordan) of Dallas, TX, Lindsey Lappe of Highland, Adam Kampwerth (Kelli) of Charlotte, NC and Avoynna Kampwerth of Highland; his grandchildren, Alexis (Jack Shelton), Maeve, Andrew Kampwerth, Brooks, Palmer Kampwerth and Coraleigh Kampwerth; and his siblings, Jeanne Leatherwood (John) of Houston, TX, Ron Kampwerth of Salem, OK, Carolyn McDonald of O'Fallon, Steve Kampwerth (Michelle) of Birmingham, AL and Jeff Kampwerth (Amy) of St. Rose. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
