He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Niebur and Margaret Niebur (Maue); his siblings, Cletus Niebur (Florence), Clarence Niebur (Marie) and Celestine Niebur; his daughter-in-law Susan Niebur (Mahan); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Hammer (Alfred), Marcella Brendel (Owen), Ann Litteken (Orville), Rose Sudholt (Marvin), Martha, Rita Liening (Edgar), Edward Kniepmann (Norene), Joseph Kniepmann (Theresa) and Francis Lechner.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Kniepmann; his sons, Craig (Lori) and Curt (Michelle); his grandchildren, Grace, Lily, Andrew and Matthew; his stepgrandchildren, Sydney and Zachary; and his sister-in-law Bernadette Lechner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Mater Dei Catholic High School in Breese, IL.
