He is survived by: his children, Keith Rinne (Jamie) of Breese, Brian Rinne of Carlyle, Jesse Skaggs (Brittanie) of Mount Vernon, David Skaggs (Ravy) of Charlotte and Steven Richardson of Mascoutah; his grandchildren, Hayli, Emily, Lucas, Landon, Maddalynne, Brayddenn, Kaylynne, Leevi, Winter and Ashley; his brother Wayne Rinne (Ruth) of Hoffman; and his nieces and nephews, Tony, Stacy and Amanda.
