She was predeceased by: her father Phillip Eftink; and her stepfather David Lee Neff. She is survived by: her mother Coletta Eftink (Neff) of Waterloo, Illinois; her son Nick Winkelman of Breese; and her siblings, Shirley Racine of Red Bud, Sally Neff of Waterloo and Butch Eftink of Benton, Missouri. She is also survived by four nieces; one nephew; and special friends.
