Peter J. Boeing Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peter J. Boeing (Breese, Illinois), who passed away on February 18, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Boeing and Irene Boeing; his wife Mary K. Boeing; his son Craig Boeing; his brothers, Paul Boeing and Michael Boeing; his parents-in-law, Robert and Agnes Blumenstein; and his siblings-in-law, Jill Blumenstein, Robert Blumenstein, Raymond Blumenstein and Joseph Blumenstein (Jill).
He is survived by: his children, Angela Gibson (Robert) of Beloit, WI, Daniel Boeing (Donna) of St. Rose, Bradley Boeing (Sunnie) of Mount Airy, MO, Stephanie Szoke (Joseph) of Highland and Nicholas Boeing (Amanda) of Carlyle; his grandchildren, Arabel Gibson, Jadyn Gibson, Dee Boeing, Dominic Boeing, Kasandra Terry (Ty), MaKenna Boeing, Erika Boeing, Eli Szoke and Alaxander Szoke; his great grandchild Logan Terry; his siblings, Phyllis Faust (Robert) of Aviston and John Boeing (Donna) of Palos Heights; and his siblings-in-law, Jan Boeing of St. Louis, MO, John Thomas Blumenstein (Debra) of Bolingbrook, Ruth Costello (Don) of Bolingbrook and Ruth Blumenstein of Houston, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Rose Catholic Church (18010 St Rose Rd, Breese, IL 62230). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, plants, and other gifts, memorials may be made to the wishes of the family (checks payable to Daniel Boeing) and will be received at the visitation or by mail, Moss Funeral Home, 535 N. 5th St. Breese, IL 62230, who is serving the family.
