He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Gerald and Lorene Huelskamp. He is survived by: his parents, Jessica Hardy and Lance Lewis of Breese; his siblings, Jahdyn and Julia Bernardini; his grandparents, Christine Huelskamp of Breese, Hank Ricklefs of Lebanon, Randall Hardy of St. Charles, MO, Loni, Mark Smith of Carlyle and Gary Lewis of Aviston; and his great-grandparents, Dale of Aviston, Karen Rakers of Aviston, Gary of Aviston and Chris Lewis of Aviston. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
