He was predeceased by: his parent Jerry; and his grandparents, Ruth, King, Robert Mumma, Sr., Leo and Marie Jansen (Eilers).
He is survived by: his parent Martha; his siblings, Diane Antonacci (Paul) of Breese, Julie Henry (Eric) of York Haven, PA and Barb Koopmann (Ric) of Breese; his nieces and nephews, Mary Hilmes (Phillip), Michael Antonacci, John Antonacci (Amanda), Thomas Antonacci, David Henry, Sarah Koopmann (Ryan Isaak) and Alex Koopmann; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Katherine, Sarah, Caroline, Isaiah, Avery, Luke and Karigan.
In lieu of flowers, plants, and other gifts, memorials may be made to Community Link, St. Dominic Catholic Church, or Mater Dei Catholic High School and will be received at the funeral home.
