He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton R. Macke and Mary R. Macke (Kues); and his siblings, Rose Siegman (John), Larry Macke (Sandy) and Leo Macke (Rita).
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Kathy Macke (Tim Tebbe) of Jamestown, Mike Macke (Susie) of Breese, Ken Macke of Breese, Rose Strake and Paul Siegman; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kelly Burkett (Jason), Kevin Macke (Carla), Steve Hernden, Chris Knapp, Sarah Macke and Tony Macke; and his close friend Richard Ess.
