He was predeceased by: his parents, Miriam and John R. Neff, Sr.; and his brother Ronald Neff. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Carrie Gormley (Clyde), Sheri McWilliams (Patrick), Tracy Starkweather (Terry), Crystal Dolen (Josh) and John Neff III; and his siblings, Karen Robbel (Richard), Sharon Neff and James Neff, Sr. (Kathy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
