He is survived by: his wife Nancy Schlarmann of Breese; his children, Marcia Rigney (Jordan) of Rockford, Jodi Schlarmann (Alan Hegger) of Albers, Barb Cooper (Derek) of Janesville, WI, Brent Schlarmann (Heather) of Breese and Matt Schlarmann of Ste. Genevieve, MO; his grandchildren, Megan Schlarmann, Logan Rigney, Zach Markus, Ariel Markus, Kara Markus, Andrew Strubhart, Corina Hegger, Kenna Cooper, Brooke Cooper, Owen Schlarmann, Tyson Schlarmann, Eli Barks and Hinley Barks; his brother Herb Schlarmann; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Schlarman of Breese, Ken Heimann (Christine) of Litchfield, Ed Heimann of Aviston, Geri VonHatten of Aviston, Mike Heimann (Vicki) of Hoyleton, Ron Heimann of Albers, Allen Heimann (Sharon) of Albers, Dan Heimann of Belleville, Joyce Nobis (Curt) of Albers and Tim Heimann (Cindy) of Albers. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
