She was predeceased by: her parents, Clementine Schlautman, and Frank Schlautman, Sr.; her siblings, Jacolyn Schlautman, James Schlautman and David "Slick" Schlautman; her father-in-law Louis; and her siblings-in-law, Henry Schroeder, Penny Schlautman, George Spirek, Marillyn Spirek, Dr. Gerald and Pat Spirek.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Spirek, Sr.; her children, Jeffrey Spirek (Mariah) of Downers Grove, IL, Rene Kruep (Mike) of Breese and Lawrence Spirek, Jr. (Bridgette) of Belleville; her grandchildren, Jeffery, Nicholas, Matthew Spirek, Keegan Spirek, Jimmy, Isabella, Michael and Andrew Spirek; her siblings, Joan Schroeder of Germantown, Frank Schlautman (Flossie) of Bartelso and Jack Schlautman (Pat) of Chesterfield, MO; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Schlautman of Germantown, Minnie Spirek of Tennessee, Dennis Spirek (Mary Lee) of Chesapeake, VA, Henry Spirek of Australia and Mary Lou Thacker of Georgetown, KY. She is also survived by four step-grandchildren, and 6 step-great-grandchildren.
