It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geralyn M. Vogel of Breese, Illinois, who passed away on September 6, 2024, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenny Lammers and Margie Lammers of Breese; her brother Kurt Lammers; her father-in-law James Vogel; her brother-in-law Randy Hellmann; and her nephew Matthew Hellmann.

She is survived by: her husband Jeff Vogel of Breese; her sons, Patrick Vogel of Breese and Connor Vogel of Breese; her mother-in-law Jeanette Vogel of Bartelso; her sister-in-law Lisa Hellmann of Carlyle; and her nephew Michael Hellmann of Carlyle.

In lieu of flowers, plants, and other gifts, memorials may be made to Fresenius Medical Care Foundation http://www.fmcna.com. or National Kidney Foundation and will be received at the visitation or by mail, Moss Funeral Home, 535 N. 5th St. Breese, IL 62230, who is serving the family.

God has many special assignments for her in his kingdom and she will serve him well in heaven as she did on earth.”
