He was predeceased by: his grandson Maverick Howard; his siblings, James Howard and Lorraine Barton; and his brothers-in-law, Bob Huelsmann and Franklin Barton.
He is survived by: his children, Reyne Vandever of Lima, OH, Eugene Howard, Jr. of Breese, Mark Howard (Christi) of Breese, Samantha Howard of Breese and Keith Howard of Breese; and his sister Kathleen Huelsmann of Breese. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
