Donald R. Perkes Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2021, at the age of 85, Donald R. Perkes of Breese, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Laverne Perkes (Annette), Raymond "Jupe" Perkes, William "Bill" Perkes and Adrienne Wobbe (Tom); his father-in-law Elmer Schulte (Clara); and his brother-in-law Mack McCoy.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly Hall of Chandler, AZ, Todd Thomas of Scottsdale, AZ and Mara VanWormer of Coppell, TX; his sister Eileen McCoy of Phoenix, AZ; and his sisters-in-law, Karen Hollenkamp of Carlyle, Betty Perkes of Breese and Mary Ann Perkes of Breese. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Interment will follow in St. Dominic-St. Augustine Cemetery, Breese. (COVID-19 restrictions will be followed, masks required, social distancing, please keep your visit brief and mass will be limited to 100 people).
In lieu of plants, flowers, or gifts, memorials may be made to Mater Dei Catholic High School and will be received at the church or through Moss Funeral Home (535 N. 5th St., Breese, IL, 62230) who is serving the family.
