He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Newcomb and Frances Newcomb (Tarr); his wife Sondra "Sandy" Newcomb (Campbell); his mother-in-law Laura Eileen Heffington; his stepfather-in-law Lacey Heffington; his father-in-law Thomas Campbell; his stepmother-in-law Grace Campbell; his sister Maria Bates (Larry); his brothers-in-law, Norman Theiss and Kenneth Campbell (Wendy); his grandson Ryan Michael Brinkmann; and his nephew Bruce Campbell.
He is survived by: his children, Vickie Ardison (Peter III) of Mt. Vernon, Cindy Brinkmann of Murrells Inlet, Brenda Endres (Michael) of Breese and Rick Newcomb (Melissa) of Florida; his grandchildren, Jason Huels (Joni Richeson Flanigan) of Carlyle, Connor Endres (Megan Mick) of Chesterfield, MO, Jenna Endres (Antonios Tsaousis) of St. Louis, MO, Macey Colonius (Shane) of Shiloh, Ricky Newcomb, Jr. of Davenport, Kelsey Newcomb of Greenville and Lilly McKinley of Florida; his great grandchildren, Nathaniel Colonius and Easton Flanigan; his sister Gerri Theiss of Centralia; and his siblings-in-law, Terri and Jim Simon of Collinsville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
