It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlotta McMullin (Breese, Illinois), born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on June 29, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton R. Mason and Ruth Mason (Polen); her husband Edwin McMullin; her daughter Marian McMullin; and her siblings, Mable Cooper, Carrie Morton and David "Murray" Mason.
She is survived by: her children, Debora Riddle (Jim) of Breese, IL and Dennis McMullin of Dexter, MO; her grandchildren, Angela Herndon (Christopher), Daniel Riddle (Amanda) and Mariah McMullin (Mike Nely); her great grandchildren, Benjamin, Jack Herndon, Riley, Samantha, Lincoln Riddle and Abel Nely; and her brother C. R. Mason of Dexter, MO. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great- nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois or to Zion United Church of Christ in New Baden.
